Kyriakos Antzoulis holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University of the U.S.A. and a number of other diplomas and certificates in Construction, Law and Economics. He lived and worked overseas from 1981 to 2018 mainly in the USA, Cyprus, Pakistan, Oman , Libya , Qatar and lastly , since 1997, in the UAE , where in record time he was promoted from the position of a Projects Manager to that of a CEO in one of the largest construction groups in the Middle East , based in Dubai. His contribution towards the development of this group is widely recognized as he managed to transform a medium sized local company into one of the largest regional construction groups. His achievements towards the restructuring of the group during the global crisis of 2008 were also invaluable.
Since 2018 he has relocated to Cyprus from where he continues to be active with businesses in the country and also in the UK , Greece , and the UAE. Among other posts he served as a Restructuring Advisor to a local family in the UAE in the field of Construction and Real Estate . Currently he is acting as an Advisor to a large real estate developer in Limassol and oversees family investments in real estate, recycling and hospitality through A&K Antzoulis and Associates (www.antzoulisassociates.com) , based in Larnaka.
Kyriakos takes a vision and makes it a reality through a sound strategy development . He is a leader that inspires swift action while at the same time is grounded in financial information that levers a business. Respected as a credible voice in decision making , forming successful and motivated teams and establishing governance boundaries. He has been a valuable asset in all organizations he served so far.
His special love and inclination to the structured and strict reflection of the philosophical meditation , that he had always adopted in managing his teams , his literature readings and researches, the collection of precious art pieces , and in general his continuous engagement with the letters and arts , all shared with his siblings , resulted in the joint decision to form the Antzoulis Foundation in 2018, a Cultural non-profit Foundation with a mission to offer to the mankind and the civilization.
Kyriakos Antzoulis holds the position of the President of the Foundation.
